The best possible location was an easy walk to Ostersund Town Hall. Loved the traditional-style building and our nicely decorated and well-kept room. The breakfast was varied and solid, the check in was fast:)))

Everything was really good and the view was absolutely stunning. The food was good and served in the lobby. Location: the hotel was so close to Ostersund, a very nice pedestrian street whith many shops and restaurant, and a very relaxed atmosphere and "the restaurant". It was minutes away from Samurai, where you can have dinner.

I stayed at Hotell for one night and had a fantastic experience. The staff were friendly and spoke perfect English, which was important to me. The room was spacious, with a lovely temperature, and even included an iron and ironing board. The breakfast spread was incredible, catering to various dietary needs including vegan and gluten-free options. The hotel's central location made it convenient for exploring the town and catching my return bus to the airport. I will definitely be returning to this hotel.

1. One of the recepionists was not service minded at all - she really need a service course. Not only on one occation did she answer in a rude way. 2. A lot of noice since I had room on the side next to the road. It felt like I was sleeping in the middle of the road when the buses started to drive at 5.30 am. 3. No air condition - very warm summer night. 4. A lot of noise from the restaurant until 2.30 am. 5. I would recommend this hotel to others, but tell them to ask for a room away from traffic.

A nice silent hotel, although full booked in the middle of Östersund. The reception worked rapidly without queuing.

Breakfast service area far too small - caused some rush. Extra bed for our son was missing from the room although requested - however it was delivered to the room rapidly.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. we had a wonderful experience at Hotell and would definitely recommend it to others.

Although there were a few minor noise disturbances during our stay, they did not significantly impact our overall experience. Additionally, the access from the parking could be made more convenient.

The central location of the hotel was convenient for exploring the city and getting around easily. the international breakfast provided a good variety of options to choose from, catering to different tastes and preferences. the free parking offered in the hotel's backyard was a definite plus, especially as it was available for multiple days. the complimentary bakery items, drinks, and fruits in the lobby were a nice touch and added a pleasant touch to the stay.
